Appellation-controlled white naturally semi-sweet Tvishi, produced from specially selected grapes farmed in a very distinguished landscape with a unique climate that gives the wine distinctive flavor and taste.
Tvishi is Characterized by green apple, white peach aromas, and floral tones, a wonderful mixture of sweetness and acidity, with a tasty finish.

Tsolikouri is the most harvested white grape variety after Rkatsiteli. The Acidity level varies from 7.5 to 9.5 grams per liter and the sugar level reaches from 20 to 25% per liter. It is used for making high quality white dry and semi-sweet wines. Like Tsitska it also opens up exotic flavors but has more intense taste trait with strong body.
