Qvevri Generation Notes
On the historical highway of Eurasia, which connects the East to the West and represents the ancient Silk Road, cultivated vineyards contain tremendous heritage and unique cultural values, which makes the Georgian wine even more charming and distinctive.
Tasting notes
The western brother grapes Tsitka and Tsolikouri are one of the most precious couples in Georgian wine making. What makes it even more attractive is an ancient Qvevri Technology that ensures its DNA special edition status.
Tsitska and Tsolikouri is another duo of Georgian endemic white wine grape variety from western part of Georgia called Imereti. Tsitska is a late harvest grape (second half ofoctober) that is distinguished with its refined, light and positive flavor. The aging process opens up more interesting flavors that enriches the wine quality. This is why Tsitska is used for making Georgian sparkling wine. The Acidity level varies from 6.9 to10.5 grams per liter and the sugar level reaches from 18 to 25% per liter.
